In the second quarter of 2025, several health and fitness apps on the Android platform showcased notable performance trends in the Middle East. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps experienced varying patterns in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement.

Home Workout - No Equipment by Leap Fitness Group saw a peak in weekly revenue at approximately $696 in late April. The app's weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at around 13.7K and ending the quarter at 8.5K, while active users remained relatively stable, closing at about 84.4K.

Blood Sugar & Pressure Tracker from PHL Studio had a significant surge in weekly downloads, reaching 47.1K towards the end of May. Revenue peaked at $298 in the same period. Active users increased to a high of 112.2K in late May, before slightly declining.

Workout Planner 30 Day Fitness by Fit Health Inc. experienced consistent weekly downloads, ranging from 4.6K to 7K. Revenue was relatively low, with minor fluctuations, and active users hovered around 35K throughout the quarter.
